Flash relay, also known as flasher, is used to generate intermittent current to supply the turn signal lamp, so that the flasher will send out light and dark signal lights to indicate the direction of vehicle operation. The flasher is designed with a new type of circuit, which is composed of low voltage switch circuit, high voltage switch circuit, pulse generation circuit, bipolar amplification double tube output circuit and two groups of light indicating circuits. It is installed in the flasher box. Through its control, it can accurately indicate the driving direction of the car, especially has the characteristics of automatic protection. In case of short circuit fault in the circuit, it can automatically stop the flasher and bulb. The driver can visually indicate the working condition of the flasher through the fault installed on the flasher, and can find and eliminate the fault at any time. Flashers can be divided into electrothermal, capacitive and electronic types according to their structures and working principles.

Usage : Flash relay is the central control component that sends out light signals when the vehicle turns and brakes. When the car brakes without turning, it can control the circuit to make the left and right rear lamps and trailer lamps light up and send out brake signals. When the car turns and brakes, it can control the circuit to make the front, rear and trailer lamps at the turning side send out flashing signals to show the turning, while the rear lamps and trailer lamps at the other side only light up and do not flash to show the braking. When the car turns, it can control the circuit to make the front, rear and trailer lamps at the turning side send out flashing signals to show the turning.
